[SOLVED] can't upload
Hi,
What's up? Impossible to upload a modified html page. I was only able to delete the running html file for that page... tried to upload via FTP, via VistaPannel... tried to rename an older version of the file that was there already as backup Is there a problem... with me?, my PC? Phozo? ty we are now wedneday October 29th 2008 7:00 PM, NY time |

Before anything else: You don't seem to have an email address associated with your account, as the one you supplied has bounced emails. Set that up.

Hi Matt,
Well it still doesn't work, I can't upload nor rename ----- further down, see the messages I get when I try to upload via vista pannel Modify what? everything was working fine just 2 days ago... I don't understand what additional access you gave me and what to do with it. According to my vista pannel, I didn't exceed my upload bandwith... so what is the bug....? As for the e-mail, well I don't want a G-mail account, why don't you accept yahoo? there is no reason for your messages to bounce, try again plz (i filled in same e-mail address as when I first logged in here), or indicate another place I could get an e-mail other than Google. Even for my Google account, I use this same Yahoo e-mail address, I don't see the problem. Please... one full day now that this page is missing, I have links pointing directly on this page, at least 15 visits a day Maybe I could send you my html file by e-mail and you upload it to my htdocs? here are the error messages I get, first in Java, then uhhh what is it, binary u call it? : Please wait, the files are being transferred to the FTP server... Hi again,
Well I sent you my HTML file by e-mail, if you can upload it to my htdocs folder please. Thank you. AND I created a Gmail account and filled in that e-mail address in my Phozfree account. And now I'm waiting to see if this will have an effect... nothing so far maybe I busted my upload limit for October? don't see any upload limit in the stats though, I didn,t use all my bandwith anyways... wait and see ty :-) |

I'm getting the same problem as you. Could you submit a ticket through cpanel explaining that you cannot create new files in htdocs? I can forward that up to the techs.
